True 2 The Grind 7v7 Tournament Waiver and Release of Liability:
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I, the undersigned Authorize Team Representative, acknowledge that participation in a 7v7 football tournament involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation for myself and for all players registered under my team.
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless True 2 The Grind (T2G), its owners, officers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, event officials, and facility owners from any and all claims or liabilities arising out of participation in the tournament, including travel to and from the event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION & INSURANCE
I certify that all players on my team are physically able to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional. I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary and acknowledge that True 2 The Grind (T2G) does not provide medical or accident insurance. I accept full financial responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.
CODE OF CONDUCT
I agree that all players, coaches, parents, and spectators associated with my team will conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. I understand that violations of tournament rules or misconduct may result in removal from the event without refund.
PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
I grant permission for True 2 The Grind (T2G) to use photographs or video recordings of players or team members taken during the event for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
REFUND POLICY
No Refunds. Early bird pricing til 1/31. After 1/31, pricing subject to change.
