TRUE 2 THE GRIND (T2G) TRAINING POLICY, LIABILITY WAIVER & MEDIA RELEASE
By registering for and participating in any True 2 The Grind (T2G) training session, camp, clinic, tournament, or event, the participant and parent/guardian acknowledge and understand that football training and athletic activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, concussion, permanent disability, or death.
Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation and agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless True 2 The Grind (T2G), its owners, coaches, trainers, staff, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, and facility partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation in any T2G activity, including transportation to and from events.
Parent/guardian certifies that the participant is physically able to participate in athletic activities and agrees to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or restrictions prior to participation. Parent/guardian authorizes emergency medical treatment if necessary.
T2G is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
All payments, deposits, and registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by T2G management.
Participants are expected to follow all coach instructions and maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times. T2G reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
Participant and parent/guardian grant T2G permission to photograph and record training sessions, events, and competitions and to use such photos/videos for promotional, marketing, social media, and business purposes without compensation.
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.
By registering, signing electronically, submitting payment, checking an agreement box, or participating in T2G activities, participant and parent/guardian acknowledge they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms contained in this Policy, Liability Waiver, and Media Release.
